Tuna Noodle Casserole

2-3 C dry noodles - boil
Mix in:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can chopped mushrooms
1 small can chopped olives
2/3 c evaporated milk
dried onions about 1 t
Italian seasoning 1 t
1/3 c Parmesan cheese

Grease a casserole dish and place mixture in dish. Top with crushed potato chips and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika for a little color. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, until hot.
