Apple Crisp

10 c thinly sliced apples
1 c white sugar
1 T all-purpose flour
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 c water
1 c quick-cooking oats
1 c packed brown sugar
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 c butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Place apples in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the white sugar, flour and cinnamon together and sprinkle of apples. Combine oats, 1 c flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.

*Cindy used dehydrated apples from her food storage for this recipe, everyone was shocked to find out. So here is a great way to use those apples you have stored away.
